MY FAVOURITE FOUNDATIONS
There are so many foundations on the market it can be so overwhelming to choose one for yourself. On this page I will be listing my favourite foundations that I personally use and highly recommend! In each photo I am wearing the foundation that I am holding and I have used the same make-up items paired with each one to give fair comparisons.

BEST LONG WEARING FOUNDATION…
Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Makeup
This is the most long lasting flawless foundation I own and is always the one I reach for when I need my make up to stay on all day. No foundation compares to the longevity and coverage of this foundation. I have used this foundation for over 15 years it’s my absolute favourite! I wear shade 1N2 Ecru applied with a make-up sponge.
BEST MEDIUM TO FULL COVERAGE FOUNDATION…
Mac Studio Fix Fluid
If I want a slightly lighter coverage foundation than Double Wear that still lasts I always opt for MAC Studio fix. This is long wearing and offers a medium to full coverage. I wear shade NC15 applied with a make-up sponge.
BEST BUDGET FOUNDATION…
Elf Soft Glam Satin Foundation
You cannot beat this foundation for the price. A semi matte finish that offers a lovely natural glow to the skin. Medium coverage and pretty long wearing this foundation is great if you’re on a budget or want a more radiant finish. I wear shade 20 Light Cool applied with a make-up sponge.
BEST BB CREAM…
L’Oréal Magic BB
While this isn’t a foundation it does offer a pretty good coverage for a BB cream. What I love about this cream is it’s more matte than the majority of BB creams on the market. This means it’s more long wearing than the average BB or skin tint. I always opt for this BB cream if I want a lighter coverage or I don’t need my make up to last ALL day. This is a great option for wearing on holiday or anyone wanting a lighter coverage! I wear shade Light applied with a buffing foundation brush or my hands.
These do all look pretty similar on my photos but as you can they are all flattering in person and on camera which is so important for a foundation. It’s all dependent on the coverage and price point you’re looking for with which one to pick!
